Munchkins Weekdays & Saturdays – runs Wednesday afternoons @ 1:00 PM @ Upper Knuth Soccer Field, Cooper Rd., Denville, NJ (across from Lakeview School). Munchkins also runs on Saturdays, same location, but start time is TBD until 2 to 4 weeks before the season starts. This program was put in place for those parent(s) who do not work during the day & want an affordable sports activity.
PreK Weekdays & Saturdays – start time is 6:00 to 6:15 PM weekdays. Exact night will vary based on coach’s schedule & field availability. Saturday start time is TBD until 2 to 4 weeks before the season starts.
Munchkin Venue Fall & Spring Season – clinic format with fun-game oriented skill development drills. No scrimmages or games. No winter-indoor available.
PreK Venue Fall – Saturday games & weekday evening practices.
PreK Venue Spring – Saturday games &/or scrimmages depending on the # of teams. One weekday evening practice.
PreK Venue Winter-Indoor – Sunday afternoons @ MKHS. Time TBD until enrollment #s. Clinic/scrimmage format.
Length of Season – Usually 6 weeks. Start & end date available via group emails & web site www.hubsoccer.org.
Cost – Munchkins cost is more than PreK as we used paid trainers for the weekday session. Saturday session is run by HUB Soccer coaches & MKHS players. Since the cost is subject to change each season it is on the registration form.
Player Age Eligibility – PreK > must be at least age 4 by 9/1 for fall, 1/1 for winter-indoor & 4/1 for spring. Munchkins must be 3.5 by the same dates as PreK for fall & spring.
Town Eligibility – Munchkins & PreK are available to non Denville residents who do not have a like & same program in their town as well as those who attend any Denville school.
